Ep. 16: A Cover Shoot with Ian King and Joey Mead for Style Weekend (HD)

Play

So happy to work with Style Weekend Magazine of the Manila Bulletin and it’s Editor-in-Chief Liza Ilarde once again. This time, it’s for the cover story of the magazine featuring the recently-married Ian King and Joey Mead. Ian and Joey are good friends and I’m so grateful they welcomed us back to their home (we shot the Oli Pettigrew interview there also). With these two, it never feels like work; it’s always a reunion of old friends!

Watch and see the challenges of shooting on location once again, this time in a relatively smaller space. Many thanks to the couple for allowing us to turn their home into a studio, rearranging their furniture, bringing in equipment, and invaded practically every inch of their living space.

Ep. 14: Raiding Divine Lee’s Closet (HD)

More importantly for her fans and readers of her blog, we couldn’t let the opportunity of her showing us what her closet looks like. In doing so, we also get tidbits of her personal life–what it’s like growing up with privelege, and how O.C. she can get when it comes to her stuff.

Ep. 12: Boracay Station 3 Revisited (HD)

Play

In my recent article in the Phil. Daily Inquirer, I reminisced of a once-virginal Boracay. I certainly didn’t expect all the reactions and comments that the article got; my sentiments must have struck a chord in a lot of people. Some even went as far as to call me the day the article came out and told me they felt the same way.

All is not lost, I think. On a recent trip back to the island, we rolled our cameras and revisited Station 3, an area of Boracay we used to avoid but now offers glimpses of that once-virginal place I wrote about. How about you? Care to share your rediscoveries? Hit it up in the comments!

Extra Ep. 1: 9,000 Feet Up in the Air with Ate Vi (HD)

When shoot for a regular episode, we sometimes end up with more footage than we need. And since Raymund is almost always with a camera, he also shoots “home movies” of his personal experiences. When we think there’s something worth showing that doesn’t fit any regular episode, we’ll bill it as an Adventures Behind My Lens Extra and release it in the intervening Fridays of our regular episodes.

In our first Extra episode, Raymund accompanies Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto on her vacation in Malaysia and films their cable car ride up the highlands in Genting. Watch what happens!

Not only were we at the concert, we also shot footage during rehearsals. You’ll get to see Anne in a rare moment as the reality sinks in that she, a non-singer, would stand in front of a microphone and sing in front of a large, clamoring audience!

Happy New Year! For our first offering in 2012, we sat down with the very funny, very friendly host of AXN-Asia’s Cash Cab and Sony Lifestyle Show, Oli Pettigrew. So off we went to Joey’s house and rolled our cameras for the interview.
